The Canadian Edition of Vis-à-vis engages students through an integration of Francophone culture with a balanced four-skills approach to learning French language. The result is a unique, contemporary, and interesting text, which helps students build a solid foundation in Introductory French.
The twelve chapters of the Canadian Edition of Vis-à-vis are divided into five lessons, each easily located. Vocabulary, grammar, cultural material, and skill-building activities are grouped into distinct and regular lessons for optimum ease of use. Each grouping of three chapters focuses on a different French or Francophone character and region.
